Every provider has identity confirmed at signup. Providers can submit insurance, licence, and certification documents for review; those documents appear as profile badges when on file. Towing requires Pro Verified status.
Yes. Customers pay no Khench platform fee and pay the provider bid they select after the job is completed.
You have a 48-hour dispute window after completion. Opening a dispute holds payment while the issue is reviewed.
