How Khench works
Khench is the opposite. You post a job with a budget, and local verified providers can send competing bids during the window you select. You compare the available price, timing, and provider options before choosing. This reverse-auction model helps surface a market price because providers are competing for the same job.
Services available
TaskRabbit covers general handyman tasks, moving help, and furniture assembly. It does not support snow removal, towing, or auto repair — three of Khench's core categories and some of the most needed services in Canadian winters.
Payment protection
TaskRabbit charges your card at booking. Khench holds funds via Stripe escrow and releases them only after you confirm the job is complete. You have a 48-hour dispute window if something goes wrong.
